Terms of service
Last updated 1 November 2026
About these terms
These terms apply when you use DropOS, run by the operator of DropOS. The bidding terms also apply when you bid. Contact us at support@getdropos.com.
Your account
You must give a working email address and keep your login secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account. One account can both buy and sell.
DropOS's role
DropOS is a marketplace. Each sale is between the buyer and the seller. DropOS doesn't own, inspect or ship the items.
Selling
You must own what you list and describe it honestly, including its condition and measurements. A listing is locked from its first bid, and you can only add visible notes after that. You can't cancel an auction once it has bids, and you can't bid on your own auctions.
You must ship promptly after payment. Counterfeit, stolen and prohibited items aren't allowed.
Buying and paying
The winning bidder has 48 hours to pay. You pay the seller directly, and you and the seller arrange how. DropOS doesn't handle the money, and it can't verify or recover a payment.
If you don't pay in time, the seller can cancel the order, and we keep a record of it.
Fees
Any fee that DropOS charges sellers will be shown before it applies.
Disputes
Either side can open a dispute on an order, up to 14 days after delivery. It puts the order on hold. Both sides can add statements, which can't be edited afterwards.
A DropOS administrator decides and gives a written reason, which can include cancelling the order. DropOS can't move or refund money paid directly. This doesn't take away your legal rights.
Conduct
Don't use DropOS for fraud, shill bidding, harassment or anything unlawful, and don't interfere with the service. We can invalidate bids, cancel auctions, and suspend accounts for serious or repeated breaches, and we keep a record of why.
Liability
We provide the service as it is, and it may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for items, or for the conduct of buyers and sellers. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will say when we do. Singapore law applies.
